There are 1120 houses in Brookview, all of which belong to the Brookview Community Association Ltd or BCAL. BCAL is the homeowners association which was established to maintian our community owned assets such as extra walkways and other fixtures. Every household is required to pay $120/year + GST to BCAL.

The city is just hours from the Canadian Rocky Mountains and the historic town of Jasper, in the Jasper National Park.
